What if I don't know what to say on each page?
Don't worry, we have some stock information already in place for you to just tweak to your own requirements.
Can I add more information later?
Yes, you can, but it may incur a small administration charge to edit your website once we have already entered your supplied details. We advise that you plan your day out carefully, working out times and order of the day before you submit your order form. If there is a major change of plan later down the line, we can certainly alter details on Your Wedding Web and we'll let you know of any charges before we make them.
I already own our domain name.
That's fine, we'll provide you with the information you need to put into the nameserves.
How will I get my RSVPs?
We set you up a forwarding email account that will send all the information gathered from Your Wedding Web to your home email account. So you will receive an email every time one of your gueats sends you an RSVP from your website.
Can the website be a different colour?
Yes, we can change the colour of your website, just add an extra £20 to the price of Your Wedding Web. You will need to send us an email with your request and we will contact you about your requirements.
I have ordered my website, but I cannot see it online.
We ask that you allow 7 working days for the design and propagation of your website. During this time, your website may not be visable.
I need to cancel my order.
If you decide that you do not want Your Wedding Web after sending your order form through, please contact us via email within 7 working days and we will cancel your order. If the cancellation is requested after the 7 working days, an administation fee may be charged.
Our wedding has been postponed!
No problem.... we can extend your hosting agreement by another 6 months and make the alterations to the dates for just £60. Let us know as soon as you via email.
How do I send you the photo's for my website?
We request that you send the main photo of The Happy Couple to us straight away, you can do this via email - please send us all files in a jpg format. If you wish to send pictures for your Gallery, we ask that you send them all together either by post on a CD (please include a stamped addresses envelope if you would like your CD returned), or you can send them as a zipped file by email or FTP.
