1. The prices shown on this website will provide you with a Your Wedding Web Template as shown in the example sites. The price includes the insertion of your supplied text alone. Any changes to colours or layout will incur an extra fee. If an alteration to any of these elements is requested, further charges will be agreed in writing via your supplied contact email address before any payment is taken.

2. We will endeavour to launch your website on the date requested, but please allow up to 7 working days for design and propagation, during which time, your website may not be visable on the internet.

3. Please allow 14 days for your website to be designed and launched if alterations are made to colours or layouts.

4. We supply a free .co.uk domain name, but cannot guarantee that the address requested will be available. We will propose alternatives within 7 working days if the requested domain is not available. If a .com domain name is required, there will be an extra charge, you will be notified of this via your supplied contact email address before payment is taken.

5. All text will be copied from your order form, please make sure your spelling and grammar is correct before submitting your form as any substantial amendments requested after the order is processed may incur an extra charge.

6. Adding up to 30 images into the image gallery is included in the price of the website. All images must be supplied together, send either via post (on a cd), email or FTP, these can be supplied at any point during the hosting period. Any extra image uploads will be charged at a rate of £10 for 10 images. Any images supplied must have written permission to be displayed on your website by the subject and/or owner of the photograph.

7. Offensive content will not be accepted, we will not host the site and an administration fee will be charged if content supplied is deemed to be unacceptable.

8. A forwarding email will be supplied as part of the package, this requires a working and valid current email address that the wedding couple have access to. All RSVP completions will be sent directly to this email address and will not be stored by yourweddingweb.co.uk.

9. Your website will terminate automatically on the given day without prior notice, if an extension to the hosting agreement is needed, 1 months notice prior to your termination date will be required and payment will be taken before the deadline expires. Extentions are available in 6 month installments at a cost of £60.

10. If you wish to cancel your order, please allow 7 working days before the launch date of your wedding website to do so, if the cancellation is requested after this period, an administration fee will be charged.
